The Danish Presidency cooperates with a number of partners to ensure an efficient and sustainable planning of the many meetings during the presidency. The partners sponsor certain goods and services that adds to the responsible use of resources.
Sponsors have been selected after a transparent process where all interested companies have been able to supply offers for sponsorships. In the selection process criteria such as sustainability, flexibility and quality have been emphasised. A number of sponsors have been selected with the aim of strengthening the presidency’s sustainability profile.
