Decorating the Council building, Justus Lipsius
The Justus Lipsius building is a building in Brussels that since its inauguration in 1995 has been the headquarters of the Council of the European Union. The building is named after a Flemish philologist and humanist, and it has become a tradition for the rotating Presidency to decorate the building.
