The aim of the seminar, which is being arranged in collaboration with the EU Agency for Fundamental Rights (FRA), is to facilitate discussions on the access to the rights of the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights and the application of the charter at both EU level and national level. The seminar will be attended by high-ranking officials from the Member States, the Commission, the European Parliament, the European Court of Justice, the Danish NHRI and relevant NGOs.
