In view of the Commission’s incoming communication on collective redress, the seminar will address key topics such as safeguards against abusive litigation, representation and funding issues, among others, aiming at providing elements for future discussions on a coherent European approach to collective redress. The seminar will be attended by officials from the Member States, the European Parliament and the Commission.
