It is tradition for the Member State holding the EU Presidency to host an informal meeting for the Strategic Committee on Immigration, Frontiers and Asylum (SCIFA). The meetings bring together high-ranking officials from the Member States in order to have strategic discussions concerning EU cooperation on immigration, frontiers and asylum.
