It is tradition for the Member State holding the EU Presidency to host an Informal JHA Council Meeting. The meeting will bring together Justice and Home Affairs ministers of the Member States to discuss current political activities of common interest. Also taking part in the informal Council meetings are the Commissioners for Home Affairs and Justice, Citizenship and Fundamental Rights, respectively.
