Informal Foreign Affairs Ministers’ meeting, chaired by the EU’s High Representative. A representative from the EU Commission will also participate in the meeting.
At the meeting the foreign ministers are expected to have discussions within the following themes:
- EU foreign policy in a time of economic crisis (including a discussion on strategic priorities for the common foreign policy, collective resources and the EU's policy on human rights)
- The EU's possibilities of influencing developments in current top priority issues
