Accreditation and Accommodation

Accreditation is required for meetings or conferences held in Denmark during the Danish Presidency.

Media representatives can either be accredited for single meetings or for the entire 6 month period. Application for accreditation can be made at any time by registering online. Accredited journalists holding a valid identification card can pick up their press badge at the media entrance of the Bella Center or Forum Horsens.

Media representatives can sign up to join the various photo pools when registering online. All accredited media representatives will receive an e-mail one week prior to the meeting in which they are asked to register for photo pools.

Meetings in Brussels and Luxembourg
Accreditation for meetings in Brussels and Luxembourg and for the European Council sessions will be granted under the existing rules of the Secretariat General of the Council of the European Union.

Hotel & accommodation
The Danish Presidency collaborates with the professional congress organizer Crone & Co.

Hotel accommodations have been pre-booked for the entire Presidency period in Denmark. When applying for accreditation, the registrant can simultaneously book a hotel room via the accreditation system.

The Danish Presidency respects the environment and ensures sustainable, environmentally friendly accommodation.
